littlehoss: Bye Denver...Hello Philly

Been busy busy busy. Keith and I have been doing quite a bit of travelling for the rodeo and quite honestly I don't know how I have been even able to scrape the money together, but somehow it's been working out. We went to Calgary Rodeo in May and what a great time. Got to see my Canadian friends on their own turf for a change. Had a great time camping out and made some great new friends up there, and maybe on occasion drank a little too much, especially the night I had to crawl from Steve and Ken aka Kevin, campsite to mine. Thank god it was only a three tent away crawl...and I do mean crawl. Keith and I didnt win much except we did get best costume! Gotta love Miss Visa and her fashion taste!

Next stop was Denver and that was a great experience. I was only in Denver once before and that was for finals. The weather was dismal then too. This time the weather was hot but not humid, and scattered thunder and fierce lightning. Got a chance to take some photos in the mountain with my new friend Jay so hopefully those pictures will come out nice. If you are all good, maybe one day I will post some, but only if they look good.... Keith and I won 5th in drag and 3rd in goats... and somehow I got rookie runner up. Don't know how I did that cuz by that time I was in crawl mode once again! Don't know if there was a ribbon, or check, or even a handshake. Damn alcohol!!!


This weekend we head up to Philly. Had a good time and experience there last year so I am hoping for a repeat!!!
